This is with respect to the call logged with our technical support , warranty charges for the above system is approx Rs.16000/- Price includes Warranty extension for 1 yr & replacement of current hardware problem.
* Upon confirmation a formal quote will be sent.
1. Validity of this quotation is 15 days.
2. Once the current hardware/parts problem is replaced, defective to be returned back.
3. The quoted charges are for Next Business Day support (8x5 - Monday to Friday).
4. Only DELL hardware products/components are supported. Dell will not be in a position to accept part orders.
5. All sales are subject to Dell's Terms and Conditions of Sale, Service and Technical Support ("Terms and Conditions"), copies of which are available on www.dell.com\ap or on request. These terms would apply irrespective of terms mentioned in the PO.

6. Dell can support hardware up to 5 years from date of manufacture/shipment.
7. 24x7 Support available only in select locations only for high end servers.
8. Batteries and other consumables are not covered under warranty.
9. After receipt of commercially clear PAYMENT/PO, it would take up to 4 working days to provide the service.
10. Payment Terms: 100% in advance. (Options below).
11. Kindly provide the road permit form for parts where ever required at the time of delivery.
Payment options:
1. Cheque or DD in favour of Dell India Pvt Ltd.
2. Credit card options: a. Provide card no. b. Expiry date. c. Card holder's name. d. Quotation or System tag reference no. e. Amount to be swiped. f. Last 3 digit of CVV no by email or over phone.(which is at the back of the card). Diners and Debit Card not accepted.

3. Signed quotation (with company seal if it is company asset) to be sent along with the payment at the below address or fax: (which is mandatory)
